Marc Cohodes is a predator, similar to the kind that Billy Bilgewasser (a friend) was referring to in the following post he made on IV this AM; investorvillage.com The likes of batman, bankbuyer, infringer, tnl, wavb, flipper and the list goes on are in Cohodes corner/camp, but despite the fact that Cohodes fund went belly up for which he blames Goldman Sachs, they're all still following the (NOVS) trade like vultures. Its known now that poster batman runs a hedge fund, and its obvious to me that he still has some sort of interest in NOVS as do the others. Exactly what that interest is, I'm not sure, but they were able to get to the owner of Investor Village Ralph Kidd like Marc Cohodes was able to get to Gretchen Morgenson of the NY Times. I know through discovery we can find out who these miscreant/predators are, and they should all be held accountable...some civilly, some criminally and others BOTH. Rich aka Rooky
