>> Obama used a press conference with South American Prez's to go after the SC today. He is not even waiting for the decision to start the attack on them. "Unelected Officials overturning Congress."

This strategy could really backfire on Obama because most people oppose the legislation and they may come to realize (which so many don't) that it actually matters who is appointed to the Court. Also, at some point, it could become apparent that the liberal justices walked in the door with their minds made up while the conservatives at least gave it a fair hearing, complete with questions.

It is astonishing that a so-called "constitutional scholar" would have made the statements Obama made today. The "law professor" really showed himself to be sham with his remarks today.
