It appears that Ray Loewen thinks there is value in shares of LWN. According to recent SEC filings he picked up a 1.3 million shares on the open market from 11/10/97-11/19/97 plus an additional 700,000 shares in a recent underwriting.

Hillenbrand, a founder of the Company, 990,000 shares of common stock to facilitate the payment of the trust's federal and state taxes upon the death of Mr. Hillenbrand's widow.
