Obama is threatening the SC if they don't approve his Obamacare. He might even try to pack it.

If he is re-elected we are screwed for at least 20 years. Look at his 2 appointments.

And will fail, as did Roosevelt. Obama continues to believe his press.

Do you think the Obama health care law will be upheld by the Supreme Court?

President Barack Obama predicted that the Supreme Court will uphold his signature health-care law, saying that overturning it would be a prime example of the judicial activism that conservatives have derided. What do you think? Does the president's analysis ring true? Which way do you believe the court is leaning in what is almost certain to be a 5-4 vote?

Here is one of the comments:

I don't think that the Supreme Court took kindly to his "drubbing" in the State of the Union speech. His direct criticism in the peoples chamber was unprecedented. As for the Affordable Health Care Bill, the Democrats rammed the bill through, even used their self described "nuclear" sequestration method to pass the bill in the Senate, despite losing Ted Kennedy's seat. It was not an appropriate display of democracy. As with his recent recess appointments, President Barack Obama shows disrespect for the Constitution. The Supreme Court and the people will stand absolutely firm against this display of totalitarianism.
