I did not see any giggly moments. It seemed like a professional transition (goodbye) speech. Not unlike many departments heads give to address their people and the country. I saw nothing at all that indicated she voted for Obama in that piece. Her mention of race was well stated and certainly not over the top.

Despite Obama's leftism, there was the hope that his election would improve race relations, but I see no indication that it has and to the contrary, his racial bias has only made race relations worse.
