Obama is just playing to his dopes that flood the polls or demand justice prematurely etc. He is giving many an opportunity for great debate moments.

I don't mean to say Obama knows of what he speaks. He doesn't write his speeches anyway. He just reads the TELEPROMPTER! ;^)

Now we can't use the phrase "judical activism" any more. The progressives have gutted it and poured in a completely novel meaning - judicial activism = disagreeing with the President.,
