Did Obama have advance word of the vote the Supremes had last week? Is this why he came out after them?

For the president to imply that the only explanation for a constitutional conclusion contrary to his own would be out-of-control conservative justices does the court a disservice.

Well, I suppose he could call them racists....<g>

Now he's trying to play Chicago politics with the SC...... Does our radical in chief understand how our political system works (or doesn't)? I truly believe that Obama would be much happier in some other country.....

Obama is starting to shock old-time liberals. Ruth Marcus today and EJ Dionne on the Catholic Institutions mandate a couple of months ago.

Actually, I suspect Obama did himself no favors today. Obama doesn't have much discipline when he's piqued. I think he will just put the Supreme Court's back up. He can't touch them and they can read the polls so they have no reason to fear the public. I doubt they will appreciate attempts to intimidate them.
