Yes, it was obviously friendly at one point. From what I can see, Mr. Kidd took the shares so he could turn around and sell them and he doesn't want to hold those shares and Mr. Bordynuik wants so badly for Mr. Kidd to keep those shares that he's willing to sue. The only thing that can be underlying that spat would be the available cash that can be harvested on the open market from willing buyers.
