Or you could say based on crazy left wing liberal Idealogy. "And the Citizens United law over turned 100 years of settled law. " Just a liberal talking point and not true. If you think it is true, just explain what statute or case law that is 100 years old that was overruled and where I can find it. "And they will overturn Obamacare which is also considered settled law (Commerce clause)" You cannot cite a single case, where the court ever ruled on the question raised in the Health Care Law Case. To suggest that it is settled law is just ignorance. lj

And they will continue to rule the way they want, and find the law they need to defend their decisions. The left is far more guilty of that. You claim that the commerce clause justification of Obamacare is settled law. The case that justifies it, Wickard, was one of the most preposterous rulings ever, made by a court full of FDR appointed leftists. I suppose that wasn't partisan ideology? The mandate goes far beyond anything ruled on before, if it was settled law, the court wouldn't being hearing it.
