High crimes, or misdemeanors?

What is the charge for failure to show up for a subpoena?

Contempt of court?

What was the reason for the impeachment of Bill Clinton?

Lying under oath?

I don't know. Has he committed an impeachable offense?

The real question is .... will anyone in congress have the balls to stand up to him to preserve the nation?

I agree with that. As much as we dislike Obama, there isn't anything of any consequence that can be used to impeach him and it's just as silly an idea as when Democrats were yelling to impeach Bush.
