Pub, > very intelligent remark......expected from the minority party.....for years to come Maybe you as a Democrat can explain why Obama, who supposedly specializes in constitutional law, has a problem with the Supreme Court declaring his piece of legislation unconstitutional. Obama seems to be framing his argument not in terms of constitutionality, but in terms of who will supposedly be hurt by the repeal of ObamaCare. Appeal to emotion has seldom been a good legal tactic, even with a jury. Tenchusatsu
