It wasn't a gaff. It was just Obama being Obama, a demagoguing punk president. Here's what I said on another thread:

Been waiting but I still haven't heard anyone calling Barry's SCourt comment about overturing a law unprecedented being what it is - a gaff.

There's a person in my circle who is gaff-prone. He says things that anyone else would cringe if they said the same thing. He doesn't "get it" or misinterprets jokes. He laughs when he shouldn't. We can pretty much count on him to say the wrong thing or act inappropriately. We've all gotten used to it, accept the way he is and sometimes, we comment on it. But, we also know that no matter how many times we comment on him, he won't change. Everybody knows and they just look the other way.

All this nation can do is be embarrassed for him. This is just one more gaff in a long string of them, some with pictures attached. Like this one:

Or this one:

I call it a bald-faced lie.

Marbury vs. Madison?

Kinda hard to believe that a "Senior Lecturer in Constituitonal Law" at the University of Chicago would forget about that.

Man, if it had been Bush, the MSM would've been all over him, citing every possible reference regarding judicial review. All we get with Obama is a quote and a few paragraphs on the backpage that provide a little context. Not one MSM source that I saw even attempted to disprove his statement regarding Obamacare as being "a law that was passed by a strong majority of a democratically elected Congress."
