No idea, but I'm betting that 1) there is more to it than merely a bounty to catch this guy. There's some sort of game with Pakistan involved, more than this guy, I'm thinking.

Some Pakistani will inform on this guy ... to try and claim the reward. When they do, there will also be information forthcoming on how Pakistan was knowingly protecting him, with government approval.

At least I see it eventually coming down something similar to that. Anyway, Obama can just print up the money .. there's no worry!
