Judicial Activism is defined as judges writing the law through their opinions and dicta. Striking down a law has nothing to do with Judicial Activism. You would think a Harvard Law school graduate would know something so basic as the difference between Judical Activism and Judicial Review. Harvard Law school isn't worth a S#@T anymore.
