I don't see it. People have the right to watch strange people walking around their neighborhood, even follow them. Now if he went up and pulled a weapon on him, called him names, whatever ... but we have no evidence he did that.

If Martin was on the phone to his g/f and told her (or she heard) a man was accosting him that would be something ... but so far she isn't cooperating with authorities.

When I lived in sw Houston, I ran off kids (teens) on our street that didn't belong there a few times. Even in Spring, I've called the cops on a teenager or teenagers twice. Though its been years now.
