Let's hope it is used against him ... but the man has an uncanny way of wriggling away from any responsibility for anything he says or does. Add that to the fact we all know just how short is the memory of most Americans in such instances.

Obama was once a constitutional law professor at the University of Chicago. I would assume that he's heard of the term "checks and balances," at least once in his career.
