Sure they both had the right to walk around the neighborhood. True enough - although I would be curious about a person wandering through a gated community not using the sidewalk or street - but instead meandering around between buildings in the rain. I also wonder how you get into a gated community when it has a gate - many I've encountered you must enter a code. I have not yet seen a map of trayvon's path from home to store to see if this was a short cut or an oddly circuitous route.
