It falls under the liberal Doctrine: If you have and Itch, you may scratch it. If it cost money the Federal government should pay for it. What I find disturbing is that a person who supports brutal late term abortions also wants state financed reproductive rights for everyone -- and was teaching this in a law course. How does a person support both of those positions at the same time? The state should pay for fertilization and then abort the same fetus if the 'carrier' changes her mind?
