The house passed a budget. The Democrats who's "leader" is Obama consistently voted down Obama's budget and did not offer their own. It all stopped with Harry Reid. You tell me why the Democrat leadership does not feel budgets, although required by law, are not considered important. I haven't heard Obama speak of the Senate and why they haven't voted on a budget for years.

Who are you trying to kid? It is obvious that they don't want a budget and operate by continual resolutions.

a budget is more a burden of Congress than the President.

I believe Congress has passed 3 in 3 years.

Obama's party controls the Senate and they haven't passed anything nor do they intend to try.
It's like obama is a junior senator that has never successfully negotiated anything with an opposition party.
