No, you don't.

Exaggerated examples are purposely used to illustrate and test principles. By fussing about the example, you show that you don't grasp either the principle, itself. Nor do you understand how principles are tested. Did you mother never say something along the lines of "and if your friends were all jumping off bridges..."?

And you sure don't understand the critical difference between government taxation and commerce, two entirely different concepts. Governance and commerce are as different as oil and water. And even if they weren't entirely different concepts, they are handled differently in the US Constitution--entirely different bases of authority.

If you read the responses you get, you might be able to engage in something that would facilitate your understanding. Now, if you don't want to understand, that's fine. But I'm not about to let your claim of understanding hang out there without comment.
