then what is NOT commerce? Taxation. <ggg> Governance. Possibly religion, or possibly not. Exercise, if you do it on your own in the outdoors. No, never mind. That's choosing not to do it at a health club so that's engaging in commerce. Sex, unless you pay for it or sell it. No, never mind. That's choosing not to engage in commerce, which makes it commerce. It would seem that everything that is not governance is either commerce or avoiding commerce, which makes it commerce.
