That is what I meant when I said: They are all determined to have a say in the matter when the GOP crafts its platform for the convention. He and GOP insiders will be forced to make deals with them and their demands before they hand over their delegates. This is how it works and is very American. Millions of people within the conservative wing of the gop are urging these candidates to fight for concessions. Make a deal with him for convention time and influence on the program.
