Ted, did you even read what Obama said? He basically called the potential overturning of ObamaCare an "unprecedented step." This is easily refuted by any historian, expert in constitutional law, or even a high school student.

It is? Go for it.

Given that Obama is no dummy, why would he say something like that? The logical conclusion, other than being under the influence of a controlled substance, would be that he had ulterior motives for saying it.

Because the Court is trying to legislate re this law. That has not been their role in the past and its not what was intended when the Court was set up.

LOL, nothing that Scalia said was dishonest or inappropriate in the context of judicial review and the impact thereof. Maureen Dowd is really reaching here, but that's typical of her.
