Is the 4-day mixed indicator in the upper plot with the yellow, beer, purple and grey lines? Then the 7-day is in the lower plot (that looks a little smoother)? I'm too much of a novice to predict, but I learn by being wrong (and I'm not going to change my portfolio either way at this point in my life...too ignorant). Things can set-up like they did in March before WWW...that would be great! LOL!
