The analogy between the Dred Scott decision and Roe is precise and it has you squirming. If the State needed to execute a pregnant woman then they would obviously wait until after the birth to carry out the sentence for precisely the reason that it would be wrong to execute the innocent unborn child for the crimes of their guilty mother. BTW: We are all still waiting for your "scientific" response to this question. From a purely Scientific viewpoint, at what stage of development does the zygote become a Human Being?
