Unfortunately, my broker is a discount broker.. calling them would be next to impossible.

However.. by reading the filing that you pointed out, it's pretty clear that only Mr King or Mr Harris have enough shares to execute that trade. (Although I can really go on a limb and say an officer is both selling their existing shares and shorting at the same time.. :)

Quick question... would the sale be reported on edgar under the zitel?
I use freeedgar and there's no new filing under zitl.

then I called my broker, (Schwab500) and asked for the pertinent information. Who? How many shares? How many before and after the transaction? This is how I know it was CEO Jack King!
