Only 4 of those pre-date the 9/28/10 to which I referred and none of them have squat to do with anything that might have triggered the May 2010 JBI 8-K that indicated that the 2 financial statements in question should no longer be relied upon.

You're going to have to do more than link me to someone else's list of links, most of which don't address the issue at hand, to make this point:
"I disagreed with your opening sentence: "There is no evidence in the Edgar system of any prior correspondence from the SEC that might have triggered the May 8K."

There is plenty of correspondence prior to the one you quote".

I suspect that you disagreed with my post based on no research at all.
