That’s not likely to make the crowds happy but as it was discovered at the the outset there simply isn’t enough probable cause for a conviction on murder. A grand jury is to be convened on April 10th. But the grand jury instructions will not seek whether there is enough cause for a murder charge. Additionally the grand jury might take place at a venue in northern Florida, far away from Sandford so that a impartial jury might be selected. I’ll have more if I get it.
