That's it BP.. I posted this on OP Yeah Fred, Goldman Sachs is kissing up to the snob in all of us... or is it their own misguided judgement of themselves... you see, "private client" vs "recommended list" comes from a tradition of treating people with more money to spend, as if they are a breed apart, not rubbing shoulders with the masses, put on earth to be revered for their egocentric views of themselves... yes, once you have truly made it on planet earth, you too may get a call from a Goldman representative to join the exclusivity of knowing the future before anyone else does... which is why they made the news public, not to let us know, but to let the "private" people know that we know they knew first. I'm not sure, but I think that I met a "private" client once... not sure though, hard to tell... was it the Rolex, was it the tailored suit, was it the St. Moritz lift ticket on her ski jacket, no.. it was that ineffible serene air of security knowing that Goldman had called first!
