a mm can short sell the warrants too- very dangerous but it can be done-
they are treated as equities-
and if what you are saying is that the wts can be converted here at a profit then an arb is going to do that flat and not short sell the stock-

Off Topic: Eric,
I have just visited this thread for first time and am reading from the beginning. I read your and other's description of warrants but I have not yet seen anything dealing with my situation. I received one warrant for every twenty shares of common held in a reverse. My understanding is that I am entitled to purchase 20 shares of common at $7.00 for every individual warrant. i.e. 1250 warrants = 25,000 common. Stock price is now 6.25. If, at <say> $8.00, I exercise warrants, won't I, in effect, be spending $7.00 plus $1.00 (.05x20) to get $8? SCCO is the stock.

thank you.
