tonto, Will you and/ or Matty be speaking with CEO? I understand there may be a rift between him and TMex, but TMex is right that best way to get it (and maybe only way) is to have direct communication. How else is there to cut thru all the fog here? I hope CEO's reluctance is truly based on personality and not unwillingness to deal with facts, ie financials, business plan and management. Wish you well. Roger D

Funny, CEO tells me he is aware of all the blah blah here on this board. Again by verbatum by verbatum .... I will quote here.. Please note so far in my investing in OTC BB stocks, I have spoken with many ceos and cfos and this is the first time I am getting this kind of reaction from top management, which I take it as a sign of weakness. I also told CEO on Friday that I am an ex attorney and that I did not have a US bar cert and that I owned a rest in New York city and that I am an investor, clearly and loudly. What is the problem here ? I am asking normal questions. Did I misrepresent my self in any way ? If the CEO simply say to me or to Tonto or to MAttty, Look guys here is how it is set up I got 1.2 mill. acquisition got 144 3 mill, chairman got xxxx cfo xxxx , xxxx MMs got so much , my IR guy has xxx shares and options, 5 mill we got from Miller was spent for this and that and we have ex amount in the bank. We now are gonna make 1.5 mill this year from xxx and xxx and we think we gonna make 24 mill through this strategy ! Thats all ! Why the shell game , why do they clamp up when Mex calls ! Did I say they were a scam ? Did I say they had bad product ? DId I in any shape or form say they are lying ? No I will let the evidence speak for it self. And since they have no pattern protection on their so call propriety technology I will keep anm eye on it.
