I give up.
Both of those filings have to do with 8-K's, dated 8/12 and 8/17/09, that were filed BEFORE the acquisition date (8/24/09) and hence "the specific issues raised" therein couldn't have had anything to do with the reasons for the filing of an 8-K which indicated that the 10-Q and 10-K statements could no longer be relied upon "due to questions regarding: 1) the accounting treatment and related disclosures of two acquisitions which were completed during 2009 and 2) the valuation of media credits acquired by the Company during 2009 through the issuance of common stock."

"We have completed our review of your Form 8-K and have no further comments at this time on the specific issues raised."

I'm really done with this. I have failed to make my point.
