Tom, that's great news as it most definitely bodes well for RMIL's future. Gary Morgan and Roland Breton are doing an excellent job turning this company around. It must be difficult to excel when you have all the Naysayers as well as the illegal shorters constantly fighting with you saying that you can't do it. On behalf of their excellent job and the Neys desperation, we're not selling. Go RMIL.

Oct 4 you sais:

<<<<<<That entire building is owned by Olympis Mills<<<<<<<

Nov 24 you say :
>>>>they would pay an additional $6,300/month to the building's owner for the lease. <<<<<<

I submit you're information is flawed and worthless.

Tom,

Your post is total BS. The present tenant at the Hialeah plant has been there since June 1996. His lease runs into the next millenia, and it is signed by Breton.

And he has had no visitors. He has never seen the boxes with the Olympus names on them that you saw. And no one has ever shown up in person to ask questions of him.

Remember that Morgan put out press releases about how this plant would be busy until July 1997, back in 1996. Then they moved out? Right.

Moreover the lease is $6000 per month, equipment included.

Who are you anyway, and why are lying to this thread?
