Sununu vouched for Souter. Sununu is now pushing you know who.

If I could be convinced Romney would put someone like Alito on the SC, I'd come out for Romney immediately. But I see him going for another Souter.

Would Santorum or Gingrich give us another Alito ... yes, I'm certain of it.

Fortunately Souter is no longer on the Court, but yes I don't want to see any more of those appointments.

I guess I happen to view Romney with a glass half full view where as you seem to view him as a glass half empty.

With Obama his next appointment could be Eric Holder.
