I honestly would not be surprised to see Ginsberg make a 'sudden' decision to retire ... any day now, and maybe after the Obamacare act is overturned.

Hopefully, for any vacancies before Next January, the 'appointment' can be stalled until after Obama has left the White House.

I'm thinking that Ginsberg may just announce her retirement, so that she doesn't have to "worry" about the election.

If 0bama nominated Holder I thin Congress would simply bring him up on charges related to Fast and Furious. That should end the nomination. In that respect, maybe nominating him wouldn't be such a bad idea. At least it would force Congress to do something they should have done long ago.
