What are you implying in the above statement? So what!! I thought our 1st amendment states the "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; . . ."

I remember as a kid that some protestants believed that Catholics should not have the right to be Presidents. Now, some of the Conservatives have stated to me that they would not vote for Romney should not be a President because of his religion. To me that is just BS. To me religion has no place as to whom is qualified to be President - it is the quality of life they have lived and are living as long as they do not try to impose their religious principles on me.

His application to elementary school says he is a muslim. He can recite the islamic call to prayer in a perfect arabic dialect. Makes me believe he was a muslim in his formative years. Probaly knows more about islam than christianity. The islamic call to prayer just happens to be the islamic confirmation of faith. When a muslim recites it six times daily he is confirming his islamic faith six times a day. .
