I'd like to suggest a rule change so

if the regular trading day is a day the NYSE is closed, then trading is allowed
the day before or day after. The way it works now, we can't trade for a week.

Specifically, if the market-closed day is Friday, allow trading Thursday. If the market-closed day is Tuesday, allow trading Wednesday.

The rule could refer to gaps of days between trade days:

If a regular POTQ trading day occurs on a day the NYSE is closed, replace it with the nearest trading day that is not a day immediately before or after another trading day.
