Barry, most my comments about Japan are the exact opposite of the auto worker who's yelling about losing his job... Japan didn't cost him his job..he had skills that were not marketable. No one with marketable skills loses a job..they may get a raise and change compnaies. Japan isn't the big bugaboo that the press and a few make it out to be. in fact , for 10 yrs I've been saying Japan is hurting and hurting bad.. Our ministries, provide a evangelistic campaign, then we train pastors to take care of the harvest, then help start the physical building, The Word is preached and they learn by educational aids that their faith in God and developing their skills will allow them to prosper so they can help someone else. We work on lower level education and training for members of the church. I'm for success..period..they don't even have to be christian and I'm for their success... But, in real terms we both know that success isn't about money. With Japan, my heart goes out to them since the press has painted them as the conquering warrior and the reasons for many of the USA's problems...which is a outright lie. Japan hasn't done a single thing to hurt the USA and they are in a world of hurt now and have been for centuries. Paster Cho in South Korea has a special ministry that he spends $millions on to evangelize Japan which is a nation about 3% christian. And, when you become a christian in Japan it's like you're completely abandoned.
