Franco, Did I miss something along the way?? Who is Trent Ladshaw and Tulsa Industries. I was under the belief that Cabec was going to acquire Cooper, 100% of Cooper, and not a small interest. "Cabec will retain a 3% royalty on gross sales and a 15 percent nondilutable ownership interest in the reorganized company, subject to payment provisions outlined in the plan." Although this is still good news for Cabec it's not what I had thought it would be. What's your take on this?? RL
