Because they jump through hoops and apoplexies trying to determine "equal work". Then morons sit down and go, well I think an engineer and a 3rd grad math teacher are equivalent because they both do math calculations on the job therefore those are equivalent jobs so the math teacher should paid as the average engineer. That's how it works. It's all a lie, a fraud and disgrace to America.

Can you explain why Obama deserves a second term? Or how an inexperienced community organizer rose to be President? Or how a President that has polarized Congress, started race-baiting and class-warfare is good for our country. Or how it's a good thing that he has exploded our debt and has seen to it that our country's credit rating got downgraded? See these are the important issues Kenny Troll.

Of course he can. He can even point out the stupidity of democrats at the same time. You will recall how so much was made of unequal pay in your state of Washington and that there was a $800,000,000 judgement against the state which was later over turned. Despite " efforts" or legislation our two states are equal at 75% differential.

This is certainly a correction which was help create new jobs in Wisconsin. We want to welcome new companies to our state and employ those not employed. The benefits far out weigh idiotic campaign rhetoric.

The union members who are running a campaign to get back control of Wisconsin for their own personal enrichment to the detriment of honest working taxpayers of course will only look for what is best for them...they want our money so badly they will only be content when we finally are in your sorry state of having to finance state operations through the sale of future lotto winnings...an unbelievable situation for Washington State to have allowed themselves to be in because of irresponsible ideology.

I haven't read your apologies for posting the altered Network tapes and of course bashing the police department, Zimmerman and many others.

On the real tapes Zimmerman sounds like an innocent lamb simply answering the questions of the dispatcher. You feel for the "network" doctored tapes hook, line and sinker. Are you proud of your mouth now?

In police calls, Zimmerman mentioned race only when asked

Of the seven calls placed by George Zimmerman, the man who shot Trayvon Martin, there were five where he reported suspicious-looking young men in the area -- but he never mentioned the men's race without first being asked. NBC's Michael Isikoff reports.

George Zimmerman, the neighborhood watch volunteer who shot 17-year-old Trayvon Martin in Sanford, Fla., called a non-emergency line at the Sanford Police Department seven times, NBC’s Michael Isikoff has found.

Zimmerman mentioned race only when the dispatcher asked him to specify, a fact that could bode well for the 28-year-old who has come under fire for shooting the unarmed black teenager in his gated community.

Veteran Newsman Doctored 911 Tape, Nbc Admits

A "seasoned" NBC News producer was responsible for deleting a segment of the 911 call between a police dispatcher and George Zimmerman so as to suggest that Zimmerman may have targeted teenager Trayvon Martin because he was black, Reuters reported Thursday night, citing two sources at the network. The wire service said that the network regarded the producer's action as a very bad mistake but not deliberate. The unedited recording of the conversation reveals that Zimmerman remarked that the teenager was black only when the dispatcher asked him, "Is he black, white, or Hispanic?" An unnamed NBC News producer also told Reuters that the network's reporters in Florida who have been working on the story were at first "in shock" over the editing of the tape and are now "furious" over the incident. NBC has apologized for the misleading report, which first aired on the Today show, but the apology has not appeased critics of the network, who have demanded a full explanation of how the edited tape was able to get past editors, producers, and other news overseers. Meanwhile, CNN has acknowledged that it probably erred when it reported that during the 911 call, Zimmerman referred to Martin as a "f***ing coon." A CNN audio expert who used software to enhance the call has determined that Martin actually said "f***ing cold," referring to the unusual Florida weather that night.

NBC News Admits ‘Error’ In Editing George Zimmerman’s 911 Call, Apologizes
by Meenal Vamburkar | 6:28 pm, April 3rd, 2012
NBC News has completed the internal investigation into the edited tape of George Zimmerman’s 911 call, which was aired on Today. The network admitted an “error” and apologized to viewers.

RELATED: NBC Launches Internal Investigation Of Misleadingly Edited Zimmerman 911 Call

The edited call was aired on Today, but was aired repeatedly — including during MSNBC segments about the Trayvon Martin case. NBC’s audio made it seem as though Zimmerman voluntarily offered that Martin looked suspicious because he was black. The unedited audio, The Hollywood Reporter notes, “reveals that Zimmerman didn’t mention Martin’s race until the 911 operator asked him, ‘Is he white, black or Hispanic?’”

From The Hollywood Reporter:

“During our investigation it became evident that there was an error made in the production process that we deeply regret,” NBC News said in a statement e-mailed to The Hollywood Reporter on Tuesday. “We will be taking the necessary steps to prevent this from happening in the future and apologize to our viewers.”

When asked if anyone at Today had lost their job or had been reassigned as a result of the investigation, an NBC spokeswoman said: “We will not be commenting on our course of action.”

The Washington Post‘s Erik Wemple highlighted the difference between the edited and full audio:

This is how the program portrayed a segment of that conversation:

Zimmerman: This guy looks like he’s up to no good. He looks black.

And here is how it actually went down:

Zimmerman: This guy looks like he’s up to no good. Or he’s on drugs or something. It’s raining and he’s just walking around, looking about.
Dispatcher: OK, and this guy — is he black, white or Hispanic?
Zimmerman: He looks black.

Wemple adds, “No matter how you feel about Zimmerman, that bit of tape editing was unfair to the truth and to Zimmerman’s reputation, such as it is.”

Can Obama (THE TOTAL MUSLIM FAILURE) explain this Hope and Change to the hard working American taxpayers?

Justice Department Probing Widespread Stimulus Fraud

Twenty-five of those cases involve alleged fraud by minority-owned or operated enterprises that received preferential treatment in the awarding of the contracts, while 22 involve allegations of false claims. Investigators are also looking into nine cases of alleged violations of the prevailing wage law, three involving corruption and one case involving embezzlement, according to a report Scovel presented to the House transportation appropriations subcommittee on March 29. A spokesman for Scovel’s office declined to provide further details of the ongoing investigation, but stressed, “We take very seriously any allegations of waste, fraud, abuse or violations of the law.”

Oops: Dems “War On Women” Meme Not Particularly Successful

".........
the Democrats have been attempting to paint a picture of some kind of Republican war on women, especially after the comments Rush Limbaugh made. Then it was shown that liberals tend to make some pretty misogynistic comments, particularly about Conservative women. And, what did we learn? Well, besides Limbaugh gaining viewers and new stations, well, the Politico grudgingly tells us that the war on women meme is failing, at least in a bluer than blue state"

<snip>

"What they determine is that those who bought into the Democrat narrative were those who were predisposed to vote Democrat anyhow, and, as for others." (Stupid? guess is by me)
