Since most of the people I communicate with here are human (some maybe aliens, IE in MEN in Black...<g>) you have some emotional aspect to participating in this arena. Don't you get into the emotional part of this when your screen goes red, your stomach knots up and the sky is falling? Then when it reverses, you breath a sigh of relief, and yell GO GO you SOB!! If it weren't for these two emotions, the human race wouldn't be where it is today (that comment will Certainly start a discussion!!). Fear drives you to be the first out of the door when someone yells FIRE. Greed? That drives you to excel to gain power and money. I equate GREED will a softer definition (I'm being nice) as being the best, smartest, or most <anything>. It's the same drive for money channelled to being a hero, or something with a positive connotation.
