FWIW-----In my observation, again not trying to tell you what to do (and I really mean that )---- from the 3 pole to the top of the stretch is more telling than--- down the lane. Not to belabor the point, but the turn is much more telling/tiring/demanding than down the lane and will reveal more about the inate ability of the horse to show his "fire and heart". Now I'll quit---- Don't mean to sound like I'm an expert. Were this someone else, I wouldn't even have brought it up but I know that you are selfconfident enough to not feel that I'm intruding but just expressing my opinion.......ggg Regards---Nemer
