That's good, but are you noticing how some of these things get resolved? Recently one of the TBTFs was fined $25M and they had to admit no wrong doing in a robo signing case. So exactly how does that accomplish anything? If the bankster CEOs earned billions from criminal activity and the worst they can expect is a no fault fine, then it becomes a cost of doing business, not a deterrent to future criminal activity.

If you went and robbed the local 7-11 and carried away $1,000, then were caught and prosecuted, and only made to pay $25 and no have to admit to any wrong doing, exactly how would that deter you from doing it again? The answer is you'd probably redouble your efforts to make a it a bigger business enterprise. That's a huge profit with minimal risk.

With these bankers, they can engage in criminal activity with impunity, because if they aren't caught and things go well, they make billions. If things go poorly, they are bailed out by the Fed and taxpayers. If they get caught, then they pay a small fine and don't admit wrong doing. It is the ultimate it fascism.
