No surprise, really. They couldn't hold a meeting if the proxy's weren't sent out and/or the shareholders weren't notified.

Bye the bye, ALL... save your long distance costs. Chris could have told us, in the first place, there wasn't any meeting held today due to SEC considerations......... JTS will get back to us when the matter is resolved and a new date is scheduled.

One of the bones of contention could be the fact that management agreed to be constrained to only allowing one piece of business to be conducted, the doubling of the number of shares, at every meeting until it was passed. The SEC might have spit-up over that one.
