The Govt is by the Constitution to PROMOTE the general welfare, not provide it...and there is nothing in the highest law for Corporations to take the Govt role period!

No, we don't need laws to meddle into business matters, a company has the right to do what it wants, it has ABSOLUTELY NO SOCIAL OBLIGATION other than abiding by the laws of the land, but the government CANNOT force a company to provide anything to their employees other than a wage for their services... if you're a shareholder, then you have a say, but if you're not a shareholder, then it's none of your business and none of the government's business...
