Companies can make bad business decisions and should be allowed to fail and go under... the only ones who can decide the rights and the ultimate fate of any business are the shareholders... i don't know what you mean by greed...

To answer your question on the definition of greed, greed is selfishness... if a corporate executive is truly selfish and not thinking of the company first, then the shareholders can vote him out of office... otherwise, it's none of your business... how difficult is that for you to grasp?
