What you won is not what you think you won! Here is your hat. There is the corner! Now stand still and don't talk!
THE SILENCE IS DEAFENING!!!
This discuses some forty odd historians some who lived a few sand dunes from Jesus who had never heard of him--even though in the gospels the whole world came to witness his miracles!
If theologian historians living in the community of Jesus heard of no Jesus, no miracles, no earthquakes, no mass visits from all over the world, no massacres of all the newborn...then this nonsense never happened.
EVERY historian would have written PLENTY about EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THESE INCREDIBLE EVENTS!
Hmmm..Herod's soldiers have killed my son and my neighbour's, too! And thousands of others. This is the most indecent act of infanticide since the big flood! Not important. Don't want to make an issue out of it! Not a word!
"And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues [literally other languages], as the Spirit gave them utterance. And there were dwelling at Jerusalem Jews, devout men, out of every nation under heaven. Now when this was noised abroad, the multitude came together, and were confounded, because that every man heard them speak in his own language. And they were all amazed and marvelled, saying one to another, Behold, are not all these which speak Galileans? And how hear we every man in our own tongue, wherein we were born? Parthians, and Medes, and Elamites, and the dwellers in Mesopotamia, and in Juduea, and Cappadocla, in Pontus, and Asia, Phrygia, and Pamphylla, in Egypt, and in the parts of Libya about Cyrene, and strangers of Rome, Jews and proselytes, Cretes and Arabians, we do hear them speak in our tongues the wonderful works of God. And they were all amazed .... " -- Acts 2:1-12.
Nah...Won't write about that either! Every Nation of the world speaking in other languages? Nah! Not worth writing about!! Just because everyone else is totally AMAZED. Why should we historians who are experts in scripture and prophecy be amazed?!

Yet, aside from two FORGED passages in the works of a Jewish writer mentioned above, and two disputed passages in the works of Roman writers, there isn't ANY mention of Jesus Christ. At all. Consider: "Philo was born before the beginning of the Christian era, and lived until long after the reputed death of Christ. He wrote an account of the Jews covering the entire time that Christ is said to have existed on earth. He was living in or near Jerusalem when Christ's miraculous birth and the Herodian massacred occurred. He was there when Christ made his triumphal entry into Jerusalem. He was there when the crucifixion with its attendant earthquake, supernatural darkness, and resurrection of the dead took place -- when Christ himself rose from the dead, and in the presence of many witnesses ascended into heaven. "These marvelous events which must have filled the world with amazement, had they really occurred, were unknown to him. It was Philo who developed the doctrine of the Logos, or Word, and although this Word incarnate dwelt in that very land and in the presence of multitudes revealed himself and demonstrated his divine powers, Philo saw it not.
"Justus of Tiberius was a native of Christ's own country, Galilee. He wrote a history covering this time of Christ's reputed existence. This work has perished, but Photius, a Christian scholar and critic of the ninth century, who was acquainted with it, says: 'He (Justus) makes not the least mention of the appearances of Christ, of what things happened to him, or of the wonderful works that he did' (Photius' Bibliotheca, code 33).
