The way they calculate wage descrimination is just made up BS. Somebody sits down and claims, outside of supply and demand, that a firefighter is the equivalalent of a social worker or some other such nonsense. That's where all the BS comes from. There isn't a shred of reality behind such "wage discrimination". Heck when you look at Obama, his primary job seems to be playing golf. Why doesn't he make the same pay as McIllroy on the PGA tour? They basically do the same thing. 400K for a black President is clearly not only wage discrimination, it's racism at work. How can White McIlroy, a golfer like Obama make more money than Obama? That's the logic.
