Now, suppose Mr King say Zitel have signed a contract. What would happen?

1) Current longs rush to buy more to add to their positions
2) Stock goes up.
3) Mr King sells his position.
4) Stock goes down again.

What is your price target for this stock? If you're like most longs, you would be in the red at the moment. If the stock goes up, many would just sell at the higher price to claim a loss for this year, which would again, bring the price down.

Hey, Mark, ol' pal!

If SMKCPA says that it is "a very bullish signal," it has to be true, right? I'm glad, for your sake, that the signal isn't bearish. If it were bearish, ZITL would have probably declined even more. Isn't that so?

BTW, stop by my hamburger stand, when you get the chance. I'll treat you to a nice, juicy bacon cheeseburger with "the works." I can afford it, don't worry, thanks to all these "very bullish signals." ;-)

XOXOXO
Russian (waiting for Art Chait's 144) Bear-Guy

Mark, so many falsehoods in such a short post!

Falsehood #1: Mr. King exercised his options. According to the 144 filing, Mr. King filed to sell 60,000 shares from his holdings of 630,846 shares. So either he did not exercise any options or he has failed to file required SEC forms in the past.

Falsehood #2: Mr. King sold to pay the tax obligation on the options exercised In general, when you exercise options, there is no tax consequence. You only pay taxes when you sell the shares - and the basis is the exercise price. There are special situations, such as if the options were granted below fair market value, then Mr. King might have tax consequences when he exercises the options. But there is no evidence of this in any of Zitel's filings.

Falsehood #3: Kaplan, CPA. CPA? This is a joke!

Falsehood #4: Where did you get the 100,000 share number in the previous post: exchange2000.com Do you enjoy just making numbers up? King's holdings increased 40,000 shares? Huh? Another FALSE statement.

Without Regards, Bill

Mark, I was mistaken on the options. Zitel included Mr. King's options in his share total (630,846 shares including options for 555,000 shares) - so this could have been an option exercise and sell. The TAX selling is still incorrect.

Mark, my apology for suggesting you made the 100K shares number up. Actually you were provided with misleading information (tax covering - what a joke!) by the Company.
