"Women currently pay higher health care insurance premiums." Not true in my case. Wife pays exactly the same amount as I do....same age. However, to the extent that is true in some cases, that's the way insurance works. If a group represents a higher risk to the insurer, they pay a higher premium. If not, then someone else is paying other than the insured.

Males can't get pregnant. Insurance is higher for a cadillac than a volkswagon. Just a fact of life. Cost more for a woman's hair cut that a man, should the gov force that industry to charge the same ?

Women currently pay higher health care insurance premiums Insurance companies base rates on analysis of costs. If women pay more, it is because they use more, or more expensive services. Making the rates uniform is not ending discrimination, it is creating discrimination against men.

Women currently pay higher health care insurance premiums. Do women have more health care costs that have to be paid? Kinda like bad drivers should pay higher insurance. Stupid people should have to pay more also because they probably have more claims. Ever watch Jackass the movie?
